Job Description

The companyOur client is the world-leading cloud-based software tool that provides advanced calculations and analytics for sustainable building design and construction. Our client’s software helps building professionals to make informed decisions about the environmentalimpact of their projects, and to design and construct buildings that are more sustainable and environmentally friendly.The roleWithin this role, you will primarily work hands-on with customers to gain an understanding of if they are achieving their objectives with the company and if not then assisting with an apt level of product support.Other responsibilities include:

  • Through your good customer service, achieve high levels of retention rates and expansion opportunities
  • Be a face of the customer onboarding journey for the North American customers and power their success with the company
  • Collaborate with the business development team to pinpoint new opportunities and ensure they’re acted upon
  • On-hand with knowledgeable and effective customer resolutions via the company’s customer ticketing system
  • Work to develop articles for the customer help centre
  • Identify ways the business can improve the customer experience to enable for more growth
The requirementsA degree or experience in LCA, building sustainability or a related field, as well as…
  • Ability to quickly analyse customer situations and provide relevant solutions
  • Possess qualities along with the passion to become an expert in the construction sector
  • Dynamic mindset with the desire to constantly improve
  • Experience in technical support, product training and process documentation is an added benefit
  • Fluent in English
