Job Description

Are you a strong communicator who is looking for a role in the digital media and mobile marketing spaceOur dynamic and innovative client is looking to hire a Junior Account Manager to work within our Sales & Account Management Team, based in our central London office.We are looking for graduates or candidates who have any account management /sales experience.About the ClientWe are a growing mobile advertising company with headquarters in the Silicon Valley and the West End of London. We provide agencies and brands with a solution to create mobile campaigns across multiple platforms and then plan (through comprehensive targetingand optimisation), buy and track those campaigns globally. We believe that we are the only company that can provide a solution to all of these needs from one integrated platform, and it is this integrated approach which consistently delivers results whichlead the industry.About the roleThis is a brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company, operating in the world’s fastest growing media channel. You will develop, maintain and enhance key relationships across media agencies to drive revenue for the company as well as gainingexperience in wider account management and campaign delivery functions. The role includes positioning yourself and the company as a leader in the digital media and mobile marketing space.Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Meet on a regular basis with key account holders in agencies to identify revenue streams and potential future business opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for agency partners. This will include delivering a full end-to-end service solution, delivering against SLAs and ensuring optimum levels of customer service are adhered to at all times.
  • Deliver revenue against set weekly, quarterly and annual budgets and report on sales performance in weekly sales meetings.
  • Maintaining an active sales pipeline at all times to deliver visibility on all business opportunities.
  • Learn and develop an understanding of a variety of tools used within the business. .
  • Work alongside the VP of Sales to develop agency and brand strategies.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with all departments to ensure that the company deliver the best results for their agency partners.
  • Collaborate with other agency account managers to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Be aware of all competitor activity in this space.
  • Ensure all key contacts are kept informed of the latest developments from the platform, including new features, targeting capabilities, case studies and research insights.
  • Develop the ability to plan, manage and report on digital campaigns across a variety of client objectives and provide clients with best practice across planning, strategy and activation.
  • Input on creative development and copywriting.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Junior Account Managers must have a personable approach. They must be passionate about the mobile and media marketplace and inspire their agency partners.
  • Proactive in their delivery - identifying potential opportunities for growth and positioning themselves as thought leaders in the space.
  • Junior Account Managers will have high levels of autonomy. They are expected to be self-starters, lead from the front and work effectively within a closely-knit team.
  • Successful candidates will be expected to have a flexible and positive attitude to internal and external work flows.
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability and eagerness to work with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • A can do and confident attitude.
  • Eagerness to work in a growing company and a fast moving industry.
  • The candidate will be comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Some form of experience in a professional or even advertising environment would be brilliant but not a requirement.
The salary range is between £21K to £23K depending on skills and experience and there is potential for a significant bonus (based on personal and company performance) as well as wider job benefits. The role is largely office based with around four days a week in the office in central London. This is a full time role and we are looking for the successful candidate(s) to start working in the next four to six weeks.
