Typical responsibilities include:
  • Host discovery calls with existing clients to understand their suitability for funding.
  • Create renewal proposals to ensure maximum retention.
  • Keeping in touch with existing clients to introduce new funding opportunities.
  • Following up on referrals / expanding existing client relationships.
  • Understand your clients development and growth plans.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an Account Management, Customer Success or Sales role.
  • Comfortable managing a client portfolio containing businesses of various sizes.
  • Confident communicating with C-suite clients via email, phone & in-person.
  • Negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
