Job Description

Our client, a fuel supplier and trader based in London is looking to recruit an Account Manager, Commercial Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will report directly into the National Accounts Manager and have everyday contact with other departments such as trading, middle office, back office and logistics.Purpose of the role:Manage Commercial Diesel and Gasoil accounts (from request to tender through to deliveries), building relationships and securing new business, managing systems from trade entry, customer set up and forecasting plus general support for the commercial teamon queries. Also responsible for managing compliance on large commercial customers.Duties required:

  • Build customer relationships by attending meetings and visiting customers.
  • Work with the commercial account managers to ensure all customer and internal queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Respond to Tenders and understand economics to be able to build pricing Manage unders and overs on large commercial customers
  • Generating new business Account Management
  • Build strong relationship with Tamworth and schedulers - assist in delivery issues to ensure our customers receive good customer service.
  • Work closely with the customer care team to ensure we are best in class for customer service.
