Account Executive - SaaS45K Basic / Double OTE / Share Options / BenefitsLondon or ManchesterInteraction Recruitment is working with a high-growth, international SaaS vendor that are looking to appoint an Account Executive. The company has expanded year on year and has enjoyed 13 consecutive quarters of growth! They have just finished the first half and the team achieved over 100% of the number globally. Working with some great enterprise accounts like Google, Amazon, PayPal, Twitter, Facebook, Hilton, GAP, Coca Cola, CISCO, New York Times, Fannie Mae to name just a handful.As an Account Executive based from our London or Manchester offices, you will be responsible for selling to prospective customers (up to 1K employees), developing relationships as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their challenges and goals. The right candidate will have a proven, consultative sales process to discover and close new customers. Our Account Executives work to develop an understanding of their prospects businesses, organize and conduct product demonstrations and represent UserZoom in an effective professional manner to best develop and win new logos. We train on, and believe very much in Gap selling.RequirementsWe are looking for an experienced Account Eexcutive with a proven track record in:

  • Successful quota carrying and experience selling software or platform solutions.
  • Credible, trusted partner with customers and their teams.
  • Exceptional prospecting skills and understanding of social selling.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com for tracking sales activity, pipeline and revenue forecasting metrics.
  • Experience with Gap and challenger philosophies.
  • Balance competing priorities, manage multiple projects, and deals at the same time.
  • Strong cross-functional team skills.
  • Passionate. Professionally persistent. Has ideas. Takes initiative. Creative. Personable. Sense of humor.
  • Strong sales discovery, qualification skills, and business acumen.
  • Resourceful, coachable, growth mindset, drive to overachieve.
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of selling SaaS with a successful track record
  • A track record in new business sales
  • Self-starter, with demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic, motivated, articulate - and a team player
  • Based in or around London or Manchester
