They are now part of a wider communications group that creates experiences through engaging internal and external audiencesthrough the creation and delivery of live & virtual experiences, film, digital, and immersive content!Now at an exciting point in their development there has never been a better time to join this leading and passionate agency!THE ROLEDue to continued growth and development they are now looking for an Account Executive to come on board and join their passionate team to support the account team with the wide range of projects..A broad role responsibilities will include:Working with the wider account team to provide project management support Ensuring objectives are met in line with the scope of workDeveloping project timelines an tracking progress Driving coordination of projects internally Coordinating and organising a variety of internal and external sessions including training and workshops Supporting with the delivery of workshops via virtual platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams & WebEx). Producing PowerPoint presentations Managing account updates on database systems Adhering to all relevant internal, client and industry guidelinesTHE CANDIDATECandidates must have strong project management skills. Experience of working within a fast paced environment is essential and agency experience (marketing or communications) is preferred. Any exposure to working with (or interest in) the pharmaceutical orlearning and development sector would be an advantageous but is not essential. Candidates must have strong IT skills particularly in PowerPoint coupled with excellent communications skills. Client facing skills are essential as is the ability to manage multiple projects / clients at any one time.
