Were expanding our UKteam and searching for a talented Clinical Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.In this crucial role, youll act as a vital link between healthcare providers and testing laboratories, ensuring seamless clinical testing services. Youllplay a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate testing for patients, ultimately contributing to better treatment decisions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing clinical test orders, tracking their progress, and addressing any enquiries from physicians.Your new role Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and testing labs, ensuring seamless clinical testing services. Oversee clinical test orders, track progress, and address physician enquiries. Facilitate patient sample submissions and provide logisticalsupport. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal teams. Contribute to continuous improvement of customer-facing processes and internal systems. Assist with training and development of other Clinical Customer Service Representatives.What youll need to succeed A minimum of a GCSE or A Level qualification (a Bachelors degree in Life Sciences is a plus). 4+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a consultative role. Proven ability to manage a diverse and demandingclientele. Experience in a service organisation, preferably within a clinical testing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships. A track record of successfully resolving complex customer issues. Strong organisationalskills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
