Job Description

Youll likely be new to our industry, so well make sure you get all the training and support you need to succeed. Initially you will learn the ropes before you begin working on your assigned clients to make sure you help deliver all their recruitmentmarketing requirements. You will work to support clients immediate recruitment needs, acting as a gateway to delivering services that include all media channels and metrics, digital and social solutions, creative and studio.You will take responsibility forbriefing copywriters, the media planning team and studio on client requests. You will also act as a social community manager for your clients as appropriate. You will also plan and buy media across all appropriate channels for your clients as appropriate.Client service is a great starting point for anyone starting out in marketing, as youll get the chance to work with every department.Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they meet every oneof the qualifications in a job description. Our top priority is finding the best candidate for the job and if you are interested in the position, we would encourage you to apply, even if you dont believe you meet every one of the qualifications below.Clientdelivery:Work as a member of the client service team to identify client needs and address them with strategic recommendations of Radancy software and servicesSupport the client service team in the delivery of a wide range of projects which could include mediaplans, marketing collateral and digital and social contentAct as the key point of contact for your clients; escalate, track and solve client issuesAct as the internal client for any projectschecking brand, quality etc.Liaise with other teams on client briefsto ensure delivery of the appropriate solutionDevelop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholdersDevelop in-depth knowledge of the industry and client business needsProvide client reporting by assisting Account Managers/Account Directors/ClientStrategists on all client reports and activityWork with Client Strategist and/or Account Director, Business Development and proposal team to aid in answering inquiries from potential clientsMedia, digital and social channel:Support changes to clients careersites, liaising with digital designers, developers and project managers, using our online systemCollating and, with some support from our digital experts, making sense of data from various different sourcesGain and evolve knowledge and understanding of thefull media landscape, both online and offline (eg all channels including social, search, programmatic, job boards, audio, out of home)Understand the media buying process in order to make accurate media bookings, quote accurate costs to clients and to produceerror free ad orders/invoices for local and global clients ie familiarity with different currencies, exchange rates, bank charges etcAssist with the generation of content for social platforms, populating the editorial calendar and posting content where necessaryExcellentproofreading skills, this will entail proofreading a wide variety of collateral (online/offline/social) to ensure it is grammatically correct, on brand and error freeExceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and openness to providing feedbackto help iterate the business.Strong interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organisational and problem-solving skillsFluency and familiarity with the digital landscape ie. social and digital channelsCommercial acumenStrong organisation and time managementskillsDemonstrate experience of working at pace and under pressureAttention to detailAbility to multi-taskGood MS office skillsRadancy is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes all qualified applicants regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, genderidentity, sexual orientation, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
