This market-leading client is on a transformation journeyto maximize competitive advantage through intelligent data led media solutions. Ultimately driving more impactful and meaningful connections to their beloved brands, we believe this account will redefine how FMCG marketing is done. Working closely with a combinationof global planning, creative, data & digital brilliant brains across the business. It will be your responsibility to contribute to the smartest & bravest ideas for this key client.As a Planning Executive, you have three overarching responsibilities that directly relate to our agency Growth Pillars and internal Expectations Framework.Growth for Clients: our goal is to create brilliant experiences that drive faster growth for our clients, and you will work with various teams within the broader Publicis Media organisation (Content, Sports, Data and Commerce Practices) to do so. Specificresponsibilities are:- Understand all relevant systems and tools- Show proactivity and interest in clients business, sharing category news and information with team- Nail brilliant basics in terms of organising meetings, team admin, clear contact reports1. Develop a Growth Team: You will have the chance to be a major contributor in shaping the culture of the teams that work in the agency. Specifically:- Be an enthusiastic, supportive member within a broader team of 10 planning star players- Be proactive and offer support to senior team- Show passion for the industry and a curiosity to learn and grow- Embrace and drive positive culture within your team and agency peers2. Drive Growth for Starcom: You are an ambassador for the Starcom brand and will be part of helping us build an exceptional reputation both within Publicis Groupe and with external partners.
