Account Director at a top medical communications agencyYOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR AN HEALTHCARE/MEDICAL COMMUNICATIONS AGENCY!Position - Programme/Account directorLocation - LondonSalary - £50K- £60K (dependant on experience)Our client is a leading global healthcare communications agency. They are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager who is looking to step up to an Account Director to join their team in either their London or with flexibility of some home working. Our client creates and delivers full service medical healthcare communications to their global pharmaceutical clients for both patients and healthcare professionals.You will be working on a diverse account across multiple brands and functions including a range of projects from meetings and medical education to development of commercial materials.   • You will be expected build and maintain client relationships at the highest level, and using your experience, marry the companys offering with client business opportunities.
  • Develop a strong client service team to deliver the best service possible and represent the company at a senior level.
  • You will be proactive and client focused and able to organise resources to deliver projects on time and to budget.
  • Manage the junior and senior Account Managers
  • Maintain the ORGANIC GROWTH
    • Requirements:
  • Life sciences background
  • Proven experience in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment
  • Proven track record of exceptional staff, project and client management
  • Experienced in developing strategic communication plans and programmes
  • Good financial understanding and experience with budgeting
  • A flair for working well within a team with strong written and verbal communication skills
