The Account Director has the overall responsibility for the management of a large and significant account within RTS. Reporting into the board, this is a senior role working on a key account that is central to our strategy and planning. The Account Director will be responsible for contributing towards our long-term business growth strategy.Aim of the roleAccount management and growth: manage current client relationship effectively, meet client loyalty objectives and achieve planned account growth over agreed time periods. Objectives 1. Seek out new business opportunities2. Provide advice and guidance to the client3. Keep RTS Group close to the client4. Ensure the client priorities are always understood with the RTS Team5. Provide regular internal updates and keep systems such as Saleforce up to date6. Meet client quality expectations7. Identify and manage relationship risks effectively8. Mentor and support members of the wider RTS Group9.
