Join us as an Accessibility Quality Manager Working as part of the Quality team covering accessibility testing within the Core Solutions Domain, youll provide direction and leadership on accessibility matters across the platform or domain including adoptionand compliance with the banks accessibility digital standards and policies This is an opportunity to act as a key contributor in making sure that work packages transitioning from design through development and into live environments resulting in maximum useabilityfor customers Hone your knowledge of quality best practices and collaboration and stakeholder management skills What youll do In this key role, youll be making sure that only well designed and built work packages get through accessibility testing. Youllaim to get it right first time for our customers through innovative service and solutions, using automation as an accelerator and working closely with stakeholders in an Agile and collaborative environment. Additionally, youll be: Liaising with stakeholdersto scope out the work packages, test requirements and agreeing timescales Undertaking accessibility testing using evaluation tools, manual testing, and assistive technologies Ensuring guideline breaches are detected, raised and prioritised, based on impactDelivering quality feedback on the remediation of all guideline breaches and overall accessibility of the digital product Undertaking end-to-end test management including planning, risk, issue, dependency management, lessons learnt and governance The skillsyoull need Were looking for someone with experience conducting accessibility audits and presenting the results back to the stakeholder. Youll also need extensive knowledge and passion for digital accessibility and disability inclusion Additionally, wellbe looking for: Strong knowledge and understanding of WCAG accessibility standards, best practices and assistive technologies High levels of knowledge and demonstrable application of modern web coding practises Some knowledge of functional and non-functionaltesting such as system, system integration, user, load, volume, stress, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration and back-out The ability to relate everyday work to the strategic vision of the feature, platform, domain and enterprise teams, witha strong focus on business outcomes The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and management Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
