This role involves providing support in and out of the classroom as well as working with small groups and individuals with SEND/SEMH needs.The school is looking to encourage a learning environment that is accessible to everyone and leads to the academic, social and emotional growth of all pupils. As an Academic Support, you will be responsible for ensuring that all children have the opportunity to learn and enjoy their schooling experience.About The Academic Support Role

  • Based in Waltham Forest
  • £95 - £105 daily rate
  • ASAP Start!
  • Monday - Friday (no weekends)
  • Long-Term, Full-Time
  • Term-Time only
Responsibilities of An Academic Support
  • Working in an excellent Secondary School
  • Supporting children in and out of the classroom
  • Assisting pupils with SEN 1:1 and in small groups
  • Monitoring the progress of students
  • Collaborating with class teachers to set targets
