Job Description

This is a great opportunity for you to join the London Film School as an Academic Programme Coordinator. You will take responsibility for the production, delivery and maintenance of the Schools timetable, including, but not limited to classes, (student)film exercises, workshops, and events within agreed timescales, making full use of the functionality of the timetabling software.The Academic Programme Coordinator works closely with colleagues to continually enhance academic delivery. This includes actingas the first point of contact for a range of day-to-day queries to support the delivery of courses, assessments, meetings, events and staff development. Integral to the role is effective communication with staff, students and external stakeholders as wellas scheduling classes, planning, administration, supporting academic staff to follow procedures and developing internal processes.
