Job Description

Job Title: AC Service EngineerLocation: London/South regionSalary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annumJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeThe Company:Ascot Services provides market leading solutions across a number of disciplines that includes; facilities management, construction services, engineering services, planned preventative maintenance and environmental solutions, all with 24/7 dedicated clientsupport.The Position:We are currently recruiting for an AC Engineers in the London/South. As an AC Servicing Engineer, you will be expected to carry out all site AC Servicing and remedial works across our client sites in the London and South area.Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain and enhance the companys reputation for quality by ensuring that company standards in all services are achieved and maintained.
  • To carry out PPM, breakdown, service, maintenance and installation of Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems - ranging from VRVs, VRFs, Split systems, AHUs and Fans.
  • Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with agreed method statements and legislation.
  • Assist during site surveys and asset studies as required.
  • Complete general administration of associated paper work/certificates/drawings.
  • Ensure plant & equipment is safe to use calibrated/PAT tested & used appropriately.
  • Work in a safe manner so you are not a danger to yourself or colleagues as guided by health & safety/RAMS documentation.
  • Willing to be part of an on-call rota, usually around 1 week in 4 (£150 weekly on-call + £50 per call out + inflated hourly rate if called out, Company van included).
The Candidate:
  • Experience in a similar role essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Great communication skills
