ABA TA - ASAP START - TOWER HAMLETSAre you a dedicated and experienced professional in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with behavioural challengesAre you committed to helping individuals develop essential life skills and achieve their full potentialIf so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!ABA Qualified Behaviour Mentor As an ABA Qualified Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to support individuals with behavioural challenges.Your responsibilities will include:* Conducting functional behaviour assessments to understand the underlying causes of challenging behaviours.* Developing and implementing individualised behaviour intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles.* Providing one-on-one support and coaching to individuals to improve their social and communication skills.* Collecting and analysing data to track progress and make data-driven adjustments to intervention plans.* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure holistic support.* Training and coaching caregivers, teachers, and support staff on ABA strategies and techniques.* Advocating for individuals with behavioural challenges and promoting inclusion and understanding in the community. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:* A qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and relevant certification.* Previous experience working as an ABA therapist or behaviour mentor.* Strong knowledge of ABA principles and best practices.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.* Compassion, patience, and a commitment to promoting the well-being of individuals with behavioural challenges.Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 4pmRate of Pay: Between £90 - £120 per day
