Job Description

Role: UX ResearcherLocation: London UKDuration: 12 monthsProject Overview:The UX Research will be working on our Business Profile within the Commerce PA.Overall Responsibilities:We are looking for a UX Researcher to support multiple teams throughout the product lifecycle as we build products for Merchants (businesses).Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform mixed-methods research from conception through completion (e.g., creating and executing research study plans, and communicating results).
  • Communicate insights, through clear communication and compelling storytelling, to diverse audiences via presentations that multiple stakeholders can easily understand.
MandatoryBA/BS in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science or related field - Experience with research design utilizing various methods including but not limited to usability and conceptstudies, interviews and diary studies.Desired- Great written and verbal communication - Excellent interpersonal, and collaboration skills. - Working knowledge of quantitative research and the principles of experiment design. - Firm understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of various researchmethods, including when and how to apply them during each phase of the product development process.
