Merchandising ManagerLocation: London Length: 7 Months Rate: £31.92 - £38.79 per hourHours:9am6pmGoogle Play is at the heart of the Android ecosystem, providing the apps, games, and digital content services that bring Android devices to life. The Play store serves over a billion users in 150+ markets, and is a critical driver of Googles overall revenuegrowth. The Global Merchandising Team owns content programming within the Play Store across all regions and verticals. As the Apps Programs Merchandising Manager you will impact millions of users every day by working closely with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to deliver value to the Apps ecosystem. You will lead merchandising efforts to support strategic partnerprograms. You will closely partner with multiple external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams in developing this global program, creating playbooks for how we run activations for the Merchandising channel, and advising on other related channels.You will work closely with Apps Merchandising category leads to develop the appropriate offers and activations. You will also partner with the Apps BD team to further partner tiering and service packs for important developers. You possess strong app knowledge, including subscription offers, sharp analytical thinking, and exemplary written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable working cross-functionally to develop innovative programs which provide successful outcomesfor developers and stakeholders, whilst maintaining the highest levels of user experience. You can balance conflicting priorities and influence for positive outcomes. You are able to work both independently and collaboratively; bringing leadership and strategicthinking to the role. You have a track record of successful collaboration with senior stakeholders and ability to influence strategic thinking.
