Our client, who are a leading managed service provider, (IT, hosted telephony & connectivity), are currently recruiting for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to work in their dynamic London Helpdesk Team. You will be directly responsible for assisting their clients, who are mainly in the SME Market, and you must be highly organized/able to work in a fast-paced environment.Essential Skills include experience with:*Windows Server 2008/2012/2016*Office365 Email Solutions*Exchange2007/2010/2013/2016Server*ActiveDirectory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies*Multi-Site VPN and connectivity solutions*Networking & Wi-Fi Infrastructure experience*Server Virtualisation experience*Security, 2FA& Firewalling*Backup/DR troubleshooting & management*Dell & HP hardware troubleshooting*Liaise with 3rd party suppliers ensuring faults are logged, managed and that SLAs are met*5 Years Prior experience working within a Managed Service Desk provider.*6 Years+ Experience working within IT Support*Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening, and questioning.*Exceptional oral and written communication skills.*Proven experience resolving incidents quickly by using remote support tools*Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentAdvantageous Skills include:*HoldmultipleMicrosoftQualifications*Hold a Cisco Qualification*SonicWALLExperience*SophosAnti-Virus*Unifi Networking & WiFiThis is a permanent job opportunity.If you are interested in applying for this role or would like to hear more about it, please hit apply!TwentyFour Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer.
