Job Description

Azure Active Directory - Google Workplace (G Suite) - Server AdministrationJoin this dynamic and challenging environment.You will need to be passionate about technology and good at what you do.The role is fully office based. Offices are located near Victoria.What you will be doing:

  • 3rd Line IT Support (Helpdesk and Deskside)
  • Create, manage and evolve Policies, Processes and Procedures
  • Manage, build and deploy our Windows desktop environment
  • User administration within the following environments:
    • On-premise server administration
    • Aspects of Azure Active Directory and MEM
    • Aspects of Google Workplace (G Suite)
  • Provide exceptional Service Support and Customer Service to the Business, via Deskside Support, Email, Hangout chat and over Telephone
What you need:
  • Experience of providing IT support in a demanding environment, especially in Media and advertising
  • Essential knowledge of Google Workplace (G Suite)
  • User and Group support and administration, reporting and troubleshooting using Investigation tool.
  • Google Vault Mailbox restore and Mail transfer using MBOX/PST tools
  • General Network administration and troubleshooting, TCP/IP and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of HP Desktops, Laptops and Server hardware
  • Creating Images and OS builds using WDS/MDT and Intune AutoPilot
  • Organised software and OS upgrading and updates using PDQ and MEM
  • Good in-depth knowledge of MS Office, Office 365, Mac OSX, Win10 OS
  • Knowledge of CrowdStrike antivirus
  • Solid network troubleshooting experience, Meraki Networks prefered
