Hobs 3D is an interdisciplinary studio creating physical, visual and interactive solutions for clients across multiple industries and functional areas. We offer one of the most comprehensive ranges of 3D services in the world and work collaboratively withour partners to drive their projects towards outcomes that are both well designed and business effective.We are currently seeking a 3D visualiser to join our Visualisation team based in our London studio. The 3D visualiser will be primarily responsible for delivering Construction CGIs and 4D animations, and also be involved with other projects including propertymarketing. The visualiser will also have the opportunity to help further develop our interactive, VR and AR solutions.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess the following traitsMust haves:High level of modelling, texturing, lighting (3DS Max), rendering (Vray), animating and post-production (Photoshop/After Effects) skillsGood verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate directly with internal, external parties and nurture relationshipsExperience creating visualisations from 2D/Autocad/Revit/Navisworks filesAt least 2-4 years experience in a production environmentA university degree or equivalentAttributes:Excellent attention to detail, flair and creativityGood time management skills with enthusiasm and dedication to achieve client deadlinesA desire to execute projects efficiently, standardise and automate workflowsCapacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously, alone or as part of a teamLook to critique ones own creations, with the view to continually improve so that each visual is better than the previousBonus knowledgeUnderstanding of construction terminology and drawingsExperience with AR/VR workflows - 3DS max to Unreal Engine and/or UnityKnowledge of game modelling and unwrapping and creating UVsPhotography and drawing skillsBenefits:Hybrid Working Policy25 days annual leaveCompany pension SchemeHealth benefits schemeSchool Essentials programme for employees with childrenCycle to work schemeAt Hobs 3D we welcome people who thrive in a challenging, team-oriented environment.
