Account ExecutiveLocation: LondonLength: 12 Months Rate:£19.31 - £21.18 per hour (Approx Per Annum £44,054.40)Hours: 9am – 6pm This client is a multinational alcoholic beverages company, and one of the largest and most prominent spirits and beer producers globally.   • Support the CIO team in coding off invoices without escalation and provide daily or weekly updates as needed.
  • Complete weekly file updates.
  • Update files for portal agreements and approve them.
  • Manage the closure of activities for both RPC and lump sums.
  • Nominate convenience promotions and ensure that forecast and spending are planned for accordingly.
Skills required: Languages:
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and demonstrate leadership qualities.
  • Action-oriented mindset to drive tasks to completion.
Languages:
  • English: Read, Write, Speak
