Job Description

Job title: 2nd Line Support EngineerLocation: LondonJob type: PermanentSalary: £26,000 - £32,000A fantastic client of mine based in London are looking for a 2nd line Support Engineer to come on board working with their amazing team. They are seeking individuals who will thrive in an amazing atmosphere and in line with the firm’s strategy and continued growth we are now looking to recruit an 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our dynamic and expanding team.Role Responsibilities:

  • Installation of new equipment
  • Assist in day to day Infrastructure tasks.
  • Provide cover for other team members and ad hoc duties when requested by Management.
  • Deliver a continuous high level of customer service- We live Service.
  • Understanding the general and legal principles applicable to insurance. Working knowledge of the computer desktop software provided. Understanding of and adherence standards and procedures. Ability to build and maintain good business relationships and influence outcomes where appropriate.
  • Provide cover for other team members and ad hoc duties when requested by Management.
  • As part of the role you will be working in a hands-on environment.
