You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload.The essential key points for this role are:

  • Windows 10
  • Citrix Support (Desktop Director)
  • Meeting Room Support (Cisco WebEx, Team boards), AV
  • Direct VIP Support to the Senor Leadership team

  • Installation of new equipment.
  • Log Incidents/ Service Requests/ Problems /Changes using the Service desk software.
  • Complete service desk workload in accordance with Technology SLA’S and procedures, escalating where necessary.
  • Assist in day to day Infrastructure support tasks.
  • Ensure daily tasks are carried out effectively and responsibly, to agreed service levels, escalating any failures.
  • Deliver a continuous high level of customer service.
