Job Description

Role: Second Line IT SupportLocation: London City, Flexible WorkingSalary: £40,000Sector: Managed Service ProviderI am currently recruiting for a dynamic and fast-growing MSP who invest heavily into their employees, by providing sponsored training programmes, certification allowance and personalised development plans and offer unrivalled progression opportunities. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and motivated IT Support Engineer join a rapidly growing MSP that can provide you with excellent training and progression opportunities within the company.Brief Overview:

  • This is a varied role, where no two days will be the same, you will be part of a close knit and supportive team resolving technical issues, whilst working with clients on improving their infrastructure and systems
  • You will be the escalation point for 1st Line Service Desk Engineer
  • Successfully liaise with clients and colleagues to deliver a range of projects
  • Troubleshoot problems by telephone, remote-access, and site-visits
  • Building Servers, Configuring and installing a range of IT Infrastructure
Key Skills Required:
  • Good Knowledge of Servers & Storage
  • Windows Server & OS Admin + Support
  • Experience Supporting Mac OS Software and Microsoft Suite
  • Networking Skills: TCP, IP, DNS, DHCP - Switch, Router + Firewall
  • Have proven experience of working as a 2nd Line Engineer
