They are looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join the team and provide world-class IT Support to their clients and customers. Your Background

  • Proven experience working as a 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer from a reputable company (MSP a bonus)
  • You will have excellent communication and client facing skills, always representing the company professionally
  • You are a team player, always happy to mentor junior members, and go the extra mile for clients and committed to consistently providing a world-class service
Technical Requirements
  • Windows Server 2012 and Later
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online
  • OneDrive, SharePoint Online
  • Networking Knowledge: LAN / WAN
  • Citrix XenDesktop - Administration and Support
