This exciting company is looking to recruit a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to report to the IT manager and help with the project planning. My client also provides support alongside their employees acting as an outsourced IT department.What are you going to doThe successful 2nd/3rd Line Engineer will be assisting with the ticket system checks and upgrading current systems whilst implementing new technologies.
