2nd/3rd Line Cloud Technician is required by a well established Cloud Communications Provider based in Central London paying up to £45k. You will be a senior escalation for all 3rd line support needs on the service desk and will once trained will act asa Team Lead/ mentor for the three 1st line technicians who are currently training to be Cloud network engineers. The successful 2nd/3rd Line Technician will need to hit the ground running as you will be working alongside the IT Manager on a busy service desk and will help take some of the work load away form him they encourage people to resolve issues on the phone ratherthan via email so you must hold excellent communicational skills.Skills & Experience
