They provide a 12-week graduate training programme, proven to be successful in creating top billers across the business.What is RecruitmentRecruitment is a fast-paced, sales industry. You will be sourcing Candidates to fill job roles, as well as Business Developing. It isnt an easy role, but it pays off financially and socially. You will be working towards targets to earn commission and berewarded with incentives. Incentives include:
