As an Investment Solutions Analyst, youll work with specialists to help research, analyze, and develop global investmentstrategies and opportunities for our clients. Youll also:Work with our teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals. Partner with client advisors, bankers, global investment specialists and estate experts to help recommendinvestment and wealth management solutions that protect, manage and grow our clients portfolios. Collaborate with various teams, including but not limited to market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams to conduct research and analysis, developproducts and respond to client needs as part of a Solutions Team. Continuously learn through one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions and ongoing events to grow your professional network During our Solutions Training Program, youll gain exposure to everyfacet of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. Learning and Development The program begins with a five-week immersive global training program, in which you will join Incoming Analysts from around the worldto learn more about the firm and how we do business, build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives and build global networks. For the entirety of the Solutions Training Program, youll have ongoing formal and informal training opportunities,as well as continued opportunities for development, engagement, and the opportunity to participate in program initiatives. Career Progression Youll be encouraged to network across the firm and discover all our opportunities as you consider your next careermove. After the program, many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates and build long-lasting careers with us.
