Advancing People are assisting our well known client to find either an experienced 1st line support professional within engineering or someone who is a trained mechanical/electrical engineer, who would like to move into an office role. This positionis remote working and you will be provided with all of the office equipment needed.Main focus of the role:To be the first point of contact for all customers service calls, provide remote support and customer ownership of customer Incidents, over the phone. Ensure customer service levels are met, and that level 1, 2 and 3 Engineers are suitable supported andinformed.Key responsibilities:
