Job Description

Robert Half Technology are assisting UKs leading innovation agency to recruit a 1st Line Support Engineer on a contract basis based in their London office. This role will be paying between £100-£175 per day. Hybrid workingRole

  • The 1st Line Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that any queries are passed onto the correct team
  • Ensuring that any incidents are dealt in a timely manner
  • Being the first point of contact for incoming queries
  • Operating the ticketing system
  • Working closely with 2nd/3rd line support teams
  • Office 365 including SharePoint and OneDrive implementation and support
Profile
  • The 1st Line Support Engineer will have excellent customer service skills
  • The 1st Line Support Engineer will have previous experience supporting a MAC environment
  • Experience of MS Windows and Office
  • Good knowledge of Windows 2016/19 Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server & Office 365
  • Have great analytical skills
  • Experience of help desk systems, logging and progressing calls, closure, and follow-ups
