Our client, a forward-thinking IT Services organisation are seeking a personable, customer focused 1st Line Support candidate to join their team. The successful 1st Line Support candidate will be part of a global support team and have the option to work from home 1-2 days per week. The successful candidate will be supporting clients in Zone 1-6 with a particular focus on Zone 1.The right candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic environment and supporting clients with troubleshooting 1st Line issues as well as ensuring IT hardware and software needs are fulfilled.
