Job Description

Our client, a forward-thinking IT Services organisation are seeking a personable, customer focused 1st Line Support candidate to join their team. The successful 1st Line Support candidate will be part of a global support team and have the option to work from home 1-2 days per week. The successful candidate will be supporting clients in Zone 1-6 with a particular focus on Zone 1.The right candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic environment and supporting clients with troubleshooting 1st Line issues as well as ensuring IT hardware and software needs are fulfilled. Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the clients first contact for M365/O365 technical queries
  • Efficiently resolve issues, escalating complex matters when necessary
  • Deliver clear technical guidance to clients on-site
  • Maintain consistent communication with the support team for harmonised service delivery
  • Use feedback to refine service strategies
  • Partake in continual learning
  • Support Windows laptops/desktops
  • Support troubleshooting in a desktop or 1st line support capacity
  • Administering Office 365 licensing
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Ensure clients hardware and software needs are fulfilled
Experience and Skills Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year in a Technical Support role
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite and related technologies
  • Prior experience working directly at client sites is a plus
  • Communication: Strong collaboration and liaison skills with clients and internal teams
  • Be able to work in a collaborative environment reflecting the company values and ensuring clients always receive a superb level of service
  • Have a professional, personable nature and be solutions driven
