Job Description

Title: 1st Line IT Support EngineerLocation: Knightsbridge - OnsiteSalary: Up to £28,000 + BenefitsContract/Permanent: PermanentWorking Hours: 08:00-17:00pmHours per week: 40WHAT YOU GET as the 1st Line IT Support Engineer:

THE JOB:The role of a 1st Line IT Support Engineer:
  • Working with multiple technologies and getting hands on experience with them
  • Troubleshooting a wide array of 1st Line issues using technologies including O365, Active Directory and networking
  • Get hands on experience with bespoke technologies
  • Handling 1st line BAU problems
  • Be the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues and involves problem solving at the highest level
  • Get the opportunity to build your skillset and develop throughout the organisation
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:Essential Skills for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer:
  • Active Directory - Password resets, creation of new users etc
  • Office 365 - SharePoint/Onedrive/Teams
  • PC Hardware Replacement - replacing keyboards, mouses and other important electronic devices
Additional Technical experience that is desired:
  • Networking knowledge
  • Intune
  • Experience with Azure
Soft Skills:
  • Reliable - can work in a team but also by themselves
  • Team player
  • Passion for IT
  • Customer Service - clear communication skills and able to articulate easily
