Pay: KR4 Start Date: Immediate We require a full time learningsupport assistant to work with a child with special educational needs. This isa fixed term contract, however there is the potential for it to be renewedannually whilst the child remains in theschool. Applicants will need to becomfortable working with very young children, have a good sense of humour andlots of energy and enthusiasm. Relevant experience and qualificationswould be an advantage, though not essential. Understanding and experience ofworkingwith children who have social communication difficulties would be aparticularly helpful. The successful candidate will alsohave the ability to promote the learning of all children and to form a strongworking relationship with the class teacher and the childsparents.
