Pay: KR3 Start Date: ASAP East Farleigh has an excitingopportunity for a skilled, highly motivated and enthusiastic learning supportassistant to work part-time to support a small number of children withadditional educational needs in one of our infant classes. This will initially be a fixedterm contract until August 2021. With the support of the SENCO andclass teacher, your role will be to assist in promoting the learning andpersonal development of the pupil to whom you are assigned, to enable them tomake best use of the educational opportunities available to them. Recentexperience working as a 1:1 support assistant or teaching assistant, inparticular the planning and delivery of individual intervention programmes, isdesirable. An ability to build relationships, have a positive outlook and awillingness to try different approaches is essential.
