Our Client’s team brings together many of the UK’s finest practitioners and teachers in all relevant healthcare disciplines.The RoleI am looking for a qualified full time (37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm) Occupational Health Advisor with case management experience to join a team delivering an occupational health service at Heathrow Airport.You will need to be a team player who can alongside experts and industry professionals to bring success to this contract and the company, receiving all the support you need from our senior management team to deliver a first-class service.Reporting to the OH Manager you will provide appropriate expert, effective and practical advice, considering legislative requirements and best practice relating to Occupational Health, including providing health surveillance in accordance with current legislation. You will assess new clients who present themselves to Occupational Health whether in person or by written referral ensuring they are fit to work in the role they are employed to do. Additionally, you will write letters to GPs & Specialists, maintaining appropriate records in line with departmental protocols on record keeping and responding to clients and managers requests for additional information or support relating to the working environment.You will be a self-motivated team player who is also comfortable working independently.
