Reed are currently working with an organisation that sits within the aviation industry who are currently recruiting for a HR professional to take over from the current HR Manager.This is an extremely fast paced and challenging role - it is fairly transactional and you will be working closely with the 400 employees for all ER queries, including disciplinaries and grievances. The jobs of these employees are primarily airline staffwhich include baggage handlers, check-in agent, supervisors, team leaders etc. Experience in dealing with similar employees would be extremely advantageous.The current HR Manager will be leaving at the end of December and she is looking to complete a handover before she leaves.She has started handing over to her HR Administrator, Payroll Specialist and Planner, all of whom work really closely with the HR Manager (and were in fact, also hired through Reed).Hours - 9am - 5.30pm - 1 hour lunch break. Days - MondayFridayLocation: Heathrow Terminal 3 (used to be based in Terminal 4 but have since relocated).
