Job Description

The Company is an innovative fin tech and data solutions manager for the private wealth community. The Company is head quartered in London with offshore offices in Mumbai. The client base is truly global, with clients in North America, South America, Africa, Europe and Asia. This is a rapidly growing business at an exciting stage in its development.We are currently looking for a Graduate accountant/business analyst to join the business and be part of the team responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations of the client portfolios on our platform. Funding to study and obtain industry-recognised accounting qualifications is provided.The accountant/business analyst will be a key point of contact for our clients. This role in particular will focus on multiple client deliveries whether that be onboarding new clients or maintaining existing clients.Main Responsibilities:

  • Review/prepare all transaction data loads and supporting files, and understand the features of the investment transactions, accruals, etc.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, process journal entries, and prepare supporting financial schedules.
  • Responding to enquiries from clients
  • Review/prepare data and calculations for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, valuation adjustments, etc.
  • Supporting the production of client reporting packs
  • Configure dashboards and reports
  • Work with the Project Managers for the deliverables and timelines and ensures that end-to-end client requirements are met.
  • Support, document, and evolve existing data flows.
    • Background & Experience:The successful candidate must have:
  • At least a 2:1 undergraduate degree
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentational
  • Self-starter, and be able to think ahead and schedule tasks
