FP&A Manager - £75,000 - £80,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Bonus - Middlesex (hybrid)Trace Recruit is delighted to be supporting the UK & Ireland VP of Finance of a global business services organisation, who is on the hunt for a qualified FP&A Manager.Our client is an industry leader, delivering innovative solutions to their clients. With operations around the globe, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A & Business Partnering professional, to lead commercial finance and reporting activitiesfor the UK & Ireland.About Your New Role* Reviewing and driving the process for all investment papers, pricing proposals and tender submissions for the UK business units.* Advising and supporting the regional teams on commercial and investment finance matters.* Monthly review and analysis of station performance, identifying risks & opportunities.* Partner with key stakeholders to ensure performance meets set targets and forecasts.* Responsible for consolidating and submitting the flash report for the UK business units* Monthly business performance pack and presentations* Responsible for the review and accurate submission of the budgets & forecasts* Capital expenditure reporting.* Interface with Central Europe and group finance teams.Your Skills & Qualifications: * Professional Accountancy Qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent* Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving financial results and efficiencies.* Experience working within a large organisation corporate business.* Possess a proactive approach to problem solving* Practical commercial reporting experience.* Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment* Organised and able to work to tight deadlines and able to prioritise multiple simultaneous workloadsThis is a superb role for a qualified finance professional, working with an inspiring VP of Finance. As the FP&A Manager, you will be building cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders. This role will be utilising your P&L, bid support & financialmodelling experience.
