Job Description

Civil Aviation Authoritys work is developing regulations for the most current aviation technology and ensuring that environmental standards are effectively managed.You could help them to achieve their strategic objectives, and be a part of something great. In this role, you will provide project and administrativesupport to the International Group team. The office is based near Gatwick airport with views of the runway!9-5. Hybrid- Up to three days a week in the officeA typical day

  • Supporting on tasks including monitoring and managing the email inbox, arranging and supporting meetings, producing meeting documentation, diary management, international event management, document filing, producing quarterly reports, updating processesand procedure documentation and project reporting
  • Prepare and present reports for managers with recommendations or solutions and the rationale for these
  • Liaise with internal and external partners to coordinate international responses
  • Communicate policies and how they impact decisions taken to stakeholders both verbally and in writing and provide clarification on more complex issues
  • Support International Group colleagues to ensure legal requirements are met
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders to provide guidance, and education or discuss decisions. On occasion chair routine meetings
  • Process applications /requests in line with service standards and KPIs
  • Responsible for analysing data or research material and conducting research activities
  • Ensure that enquiries, and internal and/or external customers are forwarded to key focal points
  • Liaise with external authorities and entities where required
You must have
  • GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent
