Job Description

Salisbury Group has a great opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Gatwick.The purpose of the Service Coordinator is to assist the Service Performance Manager in supporting the business in all aspects of operational delivery. This includes but not limited to coordinating and assisting in the quality management, mobilisations and transformation projects led by the Service Performance Manager.This role is a diverse role with a requirement for excellent organisational, project and time management skills being key to the role. The Service Coordinator role is proactive and ensuring effective coordination and operational support to all aspects of the operational delivery, including internal compliance control, data and management information reporting.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Service Performance

  • Responsible for the tracking and assisting of all contract monthly reports liaising with contract managers on a monthly basis.
  • Assisting in various report production from the service desk as required.
  • Ensuring the scheduling of site audits using a contracts calendar and collating reports.
  • Responsible for the production of purchase order’s as required in relation to the aspects of the role.
  • Responsible for courier service and orders for sites for equipment and materials required.
  • Keep an up to date company Organogram split between departments and contracts.
  • Attend Monthly Service Performance Meetings as required by the Service Performance Manager.
  • Mobilisations
  • Maintaining and updating the mobilisation plan working with operational departments for updates.
  • Organise weekly conference calls, keeping up to date minutes.
  • Responsible for the ordering of uniform, equipment and consumables ensuring it arrives to the correct sites in a timely manner.
  • Co-ordinate all quotations and verifications prior to purchase orders.
  • Ensuring any Stationary supplies needed are order to site.
  • Engaging with the I.T department for the ordering and configuration of I.T equipment.
  • Responsible for the production of purchase order’s.
  • Ordering and set up of supplier accounts and trade cards.
  • Training of new staff on the Maximo CAFM system.
  • Liaison with Helpdesk, Scheduling and Asset collation.
  • Soft Services Support
  • Management and ordering of all cleaning consumables.
  • Quote production for additional cleaning.
  • Responsible for the ordering of uniform, equipment and consumables ensuring it arrives to the correct sites in a timely manner.
  • Audit data collation and review.
  • Responsible for the ordering of stationary supplies.
  • Responsible for the production of purchase order’s.
  • Ensuring the cleaning payroll/Gallinet reports are processed on a monthly basis.
