The HR Assistant will support the HR Business Partners and Line Managers, in line with CompanyPolicy, on all administrative, contractual, and legislative requirements on a split week basis.Job Summary As a HR Assistant you will be assisting the HR Business Partner with business area workload, including recruitment, ER issues, absence processes and general administration duties. The role requires the candidate to support the recruitment process, whichinvolves conducting interviews, issuing, and collating relevant paperwork and reference checking all new staff for the 5-year background check. Updating the HR people system will be required on a regular and ongoing basis to ensure accuracy and integrity ofthe data and dealing with staff queries. Liaising with payroll for queries relating to employees issues and issuing contracts and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.Job Requirements
