Fel rheolwr y Tm Cymorth Diogelwch Rhag Tn i Fusnesau byddwch chin goruchwylio tm bach o staff cynorthwyol syn darparu cymorth gweinyddol proffesiynol i brif swyddogaeth yr Adran DiogelwchTn i Fusnesau ai Swyddogion Diogelwch Tn.Bydd gan yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus brofiad profedig o ddeddfwriaeth Diogelwch Tn a gwaith cysylltiedig. Gwybodaeth a phrofiad o systemau Diogelwch Rhag Tn i Fusnesau. Profiad o ofynion ystadegol diogelwch tn a systemau adrodd. Gwybodaeth Weithredol obecynnau Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel ac ati a dealltwriaeth fanwl o gronfeydd data.Mae sgiliau Iaith Gymraeg yn ddymunol ar gyfer y swydd hon ond nid yn hanfodol.Mae hon yn swydd llawn amser gydag oriau hyblyg yn unolchynllun oriau hyblyg y Gwasanaeth.Gall y rl hon gynnwys teithio achlysurol rhwng lleoliadau ar draws ardal De Cymru. As the Business Fire Safety Support Team manager you will be supervising a small team of support staff who provide professional administrative support to the main function of the Business Fire SafetyDepartment and its Fire Safety Officers.The successful candidate will have proven experience of Fire Safety legislation and associated work. Knowledge and experience of Business Fire Safety systems. Experience of fire safety statistical requirements and reporting systems. Functional Knowledgeof Microsoft Office packages, Outlook, Word, Excel etc. and a detailed understanding of databases.Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential for this post.This is a full time post with flexible hours in line with the Services flexi time scheme.This role may involve occasional travel between sites throughout the South Wales area.
