Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan events.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations onsite in a busy recruitment office
  • Provide customer support to onsite workers and the client.
  • Assist with project coordination and management
  • Generic administrative duties
  • Answering phones and emails
Skills:- Excellent organisational and time management skills- Strong attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Experience with medical or dental office procedures preferred- Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred- Previous experience as an office clerk or administrator essential- Must be able to pass a background checkThe perfect opportunity for someone to gain experience in a Recruitment working environment.
