Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are looking for Production Operators for a Client in the Llantrisant area.These positions are Temporary to Permanent for the right candidates.Immediate starts.Role Responsibilities* Metal Process Operative - Uses a variety of fixed equipment and hand tools to manufacture Aluminium and Steel components. Processes include Band Saw, Press Brake, Roller and Punches.* GRP Hot Press Operative - Responsible for the Manufacture of GRP Panels using the Hot Press Process, loading, unloading and trimming of the panels, varying in weight up to 28kg each.* GRP Drill Operative - Utilises the Fixed Drill Rigs to complete the manufacture of GRP Panels for Installation, varying in weight up to 28kg each.* Laminating Operative - Hand Laminating under vacuum, responsible for Moulding, Cutting and Final fit out.* PVC Assembly Operative - Uses Cutting equipment and assembles to Engineering Drawings a variety of PVC Fittings.* Picking and Packing - Responsible for the Picking of all Tank Components and packaging prior to Despatch to the Customer.Experience and Skills* Previous Production/Manufacturing experience is essential.* Forklift experience is desirable.* Experience of operating machines would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.* Experience of using hand tools is essential.* Carry out Manual Handling duties.* Attention to detail is essential.* Work as part of a team.The hours of work are Monday to Friday/7am to 4pm/6am to 3pm.
