Job Description

My client is a market-leading FMCG business based in South Wales, specialising in own-brand rice and grain products. The business has enjoyed significant growth in recent years which has been facilitated by increased customer demand, continued diversificationof our product range and on-going investment.Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a Production Machine Operative. Hours will be 42 hours a week following assigned shift pattern.Excellent rates of pay are on offer.Key Accountabilities:

  • Operate the factory machinery and in line with company processes to ensure the effective and consistent manufacturing of our product.
  • Responsible for preparing the product by ensuring the correct ingredients and sauces are mixed appropriately in line with allergen control and segregation.
  • Ensuring that all equipment is suitably supplied with all required materials in line with production plan.
  • Maintain a high standard of machine cleanliness to ensure no possibility of foreign body contamination.
  • Complete paperwork accurately, timely and ensure strict compliance to traceability.
  • Report any issues that could affect production to the Shift Manager.
  • Any other duties as required.
