Mechanical Maintenance EngineerRotating Shift: Monday - Thursday: 6am-6pm / Monday - Thursday: 6pm-6am Rotating Weekly£32,000 Per AnnumWhats in it for mePeople Solutions are delighted to present an opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client, a very well established drinks manufacturing business in Llantrisant.BenefitsThe benefits for this position include:• Free on-site parking• No weekend working• Full kitchen facilitiesDay to Day DutiesThe purpose of this role is minimise disruption to production through timely repair of breakdowns and planned, preventative maintenance.Daily Duties Include:• Investigate and Repair mechanical faults to plant and machinery• Ensure delivery of planned and preventative maintenance schedule• Work with internal departments to ensure safe installation and commissioning of new plant and machinery• Research to understand common faults and their causes• Ensure that works are carried out within agreed timescales and on budgetEssential Skills• ‘Time served’ completion of a relevant apprenticeship or an HNC/NVQ L3• High standards of quality in work undertaken and Health & Safety awarenessDesirable Experience• Good IT SkillsWhat training is providedA full, paid induction will be undertaken on day one.ApplyApply today by clicking below
