Rydym yn sefydliad syn ystyriol o deuluoedd ac yn gweithredu polisi gweithio hyblyg.Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn adrodd ir Rheolwr Cynllunio, Perfformiad a Risg, a bydd yn gyfrifol am gasglu a dilysu gwybodaeth o nifer o ffynonellau, gan ddefnyddio cyfres o systemau a phrosesau TGCh.Bydd y rl yn gyfrifol am roi arweiniad i staff i sicrhau bod gwybodaeth yn cael ei mewnbynnun gywir ac yn amserol in System Gwybodaeth Rheoli Busnes, yn unol n fframweithiau rheoli perfformiad a rheoli risg diweddaraf. Ni fydd ceisiadau a gyflwynir yn Gymraeg yn cael eu trin yn llai ffafriol.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------A permanent Planning, Performance and Risk Assistant position has arisen within the Service Performance and Communications Department at South Wales Fire and Rescue Service. This role will be based at our Llantrisant Headquarters and is full-time (37 hours per week). We are a family friendly organisation and a flexible working system is in operation.The successful candidate will be reporting to the Planning, Performance and Risk Manager, the post holder will be responsible for collating and validating information from a number of sources, utilising a suite of ICT systems and processes.The role will have responsibility for providing guidance to staff to ensure the accurate and timely input of information to our Business Management Information System, in accordance with our latest performance management and risk management frameworks.
