Auxiliary Reserve Support OfficerPermanent Position2 days per week (16 hours)GRADE 9SALARY: £32,076 - £33,945 (Pro Rata)An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Auxiliary Reserve Support Officer within The Operational Risk Management Team. The roles will operate between South Wales Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters, Joint Fire Control and Abercarn Fire Station.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the Auxiliary Reserve Operational and Control Firefighter teams in and will liaise closely with other teams such as Operations, Human Resources, Stores and Training. The role willinvolve working flexible hours during the week and weekends.Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential for this post.This role involves frequent travel between sites throughout the South Wales area.
